Refund and Returns Policy

Allbud.org Refunds and Returns Policy (Effective Date: 01/02/2024)

At Allbud.org (operated by Allbud, located at 6905 Stockton Blvd Sacramento, CA 95823), we understand that due to the nature of medical cannabis products and state regulations, returns and refunds are generally not possible. However, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and want to ensure you have a positive experience. We will consider a return or store credit on a limited basis under the following circumstances:

Products Eligible for Return (Store Credit Only):

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the error and arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost. You may keep the incorrectly delivered product or return it following our instructions. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price (including any applicable taxes).
  • Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos clearly showing the damage to both the packaging and the product itself. We will work with you to replace the damaged product or issue store credit for the full purchase price (including any applicable taxes) and any return shipping costs.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used medical cannabis products.
  • Products Purchased Outside Timeframe: Requests for returns or store credit must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for incorrect products and within 24 hours of receiving damage notification for damaged products.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that medical needs can change. However, due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer refunds or store credit for products you simply no longer need or decide not to use.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you believe you qualify for a return under the terms outlined above, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe at info@Allbud.org. Be sure to include your order number, a clear description of the issue (incorrect product, damaged product, etc.), and photos for damage claims.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all return requests within 5 business days of receiving your email. You will be notified by email once your request is reviewed and a decision is made. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if applicable) and issue store credit to your account within 3 business days of receiving the returned product in its original, unopened condition.

Store Credit:

Store credit issued for returns will be valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used towards any future purchase on Allbud.org.
